Keys area of responsibility:
- Monitor mobile market trends to propose changes applicable to our products and to develop new products/services;
- Work closely with other key managers, such as Sales and Engineering, driving the development of new products/services;
- Design, coordinate and control of the activities related to the market launch of each new product/service, including promotion, communication and customer/partner training (e.g. webinar).
- Manage customer feedback, acting as a primary interface between the technical development team and the market;
Requirements:
- Track record in the role (2+ years) preferably within Tech startups with strong focus on hardware-based products in the mobile automation market
- M.Sc. or equivalent degree
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
- Ability to work across functions collaborating with different departments
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
What we offer:
- Permanent work contract (Contratto a Tempo Indeterminato)
- Gross annual salary between € 40.000 and € 60.000 plus benefits. This wide range reflects the team's openness to both Junior and Senior positions, with salary and contractual arrangements proportional to actual autonomy and experience in the role, as verified during the interview.
