Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Accounting Specialist, da inserire nel team amministrativo, con riporto diretto al CFO.

La risorsa sarà coinvolta nella gestione amministrativa e contabile dell’azienda, collaborando a stretto contatto con il resto del team per garantire l'efficienza e la precisione delle attività contabili.

In particolare:

  • Gestione del ciclo attivo e passivo contabile
  • Compilazione della prima nota
  • Gestione dei flussi di cassa
  • Redazione di bilanci andamentali infrannuali
  • Supporto alla tesoreria
  • Gestione degli adempimenti fiscali (Li.Pe., IVA TR, Intrastat, Modello 770 ecc.)
  • Contribuzione alla creazione di schemi di contabilità analitica
  • Contribuzione alla gestione dei servizi generali amministrativi aziendali
  • Controllo di gestione di una o più delle nostre filiali

 

Requisiti:

  • Formazione di tipo economico-amministrativo (diploma di ragioneria – istituto tecnico economico) - requisito obbligatorio
  • Pregressa esperienza in ruolo analogo in un contesto strutturato
  • Buona conoscenza dell’uso dei fogli elettronici di lavoro
  • Conoscenza scolastica della lingua inglese
  • Precisione e affidabilità
  • Capacità di multitasking e problem solving
  • Attitudine al team working

A Product Manager is a key figure within an organization, responsible for ensuring the product's market success. This role requires a combination of strategic, creative, and analytical skills to effectively communicate the product's value to customers, maximize its market potential, and contribute to achieving company goals.

 

Keys area of responsibility:

  • Monitor market trends to contribute to the development of our products
  • Collaborate with other key C-level managers (Sales Manager, CTO, etc.) to develop new products/services
  • Engage the sales team with a data-driven approach
  • Develop a detailed and efficient plan for the launch of each new product.
  • Collect market feedback, relaying needs to the technical development team.

 

Requirement:

  • Proven track record in the role (at least 2 years) preferably within Tech startups with strong focus on hardware-based products, industrial/robotics markets and experience towards service-based business models
  • M.Sc. or equivalent degree
  • In-depth understanding of product or product line being communicated
  • Ability to break down technical features into customer benefits, identify the unique selling proposition, and translate it into understandable language
  • Market understanding: ability to collect and analyze market data, identify customer needs, and detect industry trends with the aim of developing an effective product positioning strategy
  • Excellent communicator: must be able to dictate the direction of clear and engaging messages for different audiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
  • Ability to work across functions collaborating with different departments
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Reporting to the Global Sales Director, your responsibilities are going to be:

  • Supporting the Global Sales Director and the Executive Team in managing and growing the market in the Americas interfacing with both the distribution network and the Inxpect Sales Subsidiaries
  • Growing sales through existing direct customer accounts while also developing new ones
  • Becoming a sales and technical leader regarding machine safety for distributors and direct customers, providing commercial training as needed
  • Manage Inxpect’s participation to Trade Fairs in the Americas.

 

Requirements:

  • At least three years experience as Sales Manager in industrial automation manufacturing companies or in industrial systems integration companies in the Americas
  • B.Sc. or equivalent degree
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and distributors
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
